How You'll Contribute To Our Success

You will be a key partner in shaping our total rewards strategy to attract and retain top talent. Leveraging your analytical expertise and deep understanding of compensation and benefits, you will design competitive, compliant programs aligned with our business goals. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will provide data-driven insights to inform critical decisions, positioning Lesaffre as an employer of choice.

What You’ll Do as a Benefits & Compensation Analyst

  • Administer leaves of absence, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), and wellness programs
  • Provide support and guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on benefits eligibility, enrollment, and issues
  • Lead annual open enrollment and new hire benefits presentations
  • Analyze utilization and cost data to recommend plan improvements
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay structures
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on job leveling, internal equity, and compensation processes
  • Support annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs
  • Ensure FLSA compliance through job evaluations and audits
  • Participate in surveys, analyze data, and monitor trends to enhance benefits
  • Develop communications and training to improve program understanding
  • Support implementation of new Total Rewards systems and processes
  • Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Manage compliance related to compensation and benefits administration
  • Manage compensation platforms and data integrity
  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of progressive experience in benefits or total rewards
  • Experience with leave management, open enrollment, and managing compliance reporting (5500s and 1095c)
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG)

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with compensation (data analysis, benchmarking, etc.)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS)
  • Experience with compensation systems (e.g., BetterComp, HRSoft)
