About the Opportunity:The Benefits Call Center Representative role is focused on supporting customers by answering incoming calls and assisting them in understanding their employee benefits. This position plays a key role in delivering clear and accurate information about healthcare, retirement, and other employee perks, contributing to a positive customer experience. 3. Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls relating to employee benefitsProvide clear explanations of healthcare, retirement, and other benefit optionsNavigate multiple systems accurately and efficientlyMaintain professionalism and empathy in customer interactionsMeet performance, quality, and attendance standardsFollow all company policies and procedures 4. Requirements:Previous customer service and/or call center experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong typing and keyboarding skillsAbility to multitask and navigate multiple systemsStrong problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma, GED, or college degreeExperience with healthcare or employer benefits preferredAbility to successfully complete paid trainingMust pass an internet speed test (download ≥ 25 Mbps, upload ≥ 5 Mbps, ping ≤ 175 ms)Must connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Pay rate is $15 per hour during training, increasing to $16 per hour after trainingEstimated salary range is $29,640 to $37,050 annually, varying by location, experience, and performanceEligibility for bonus or incentive based on business needs 6.
