About the role

We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to help us grow one of our core product offerings, PeopleKeep! As a Benefits Advisor, you will play an integral role in onboarding and enrolling both new and existing PeopleKeep members.

Responsibilities

• Sell individual health insurance and ancillary policies based on member needs
• Apply and enroll individuals into insurance plans and programs
• Abside by insurance standards and HIPAA regulations
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs
• Maintain electronic records
• Work as an advocate for the employee and employer
• Educate customers on our products and services

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Be comfortable working in multiple technology platforms
• Strong ability to manage time effectively
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to work beyond 40 hours per week in Q4
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a health insurance license
• Flexible to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Willingness to learn and grow into a health benefit subject matter expert
• Strong collaborative team player

Pay

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
