About the Opportunity:The Benefits Administrator (Temp) role supports the benefits team during a high-volume period by managing day-to-day benefits and leave administration. This position is essential to ensuring employees receive timely assistance with benefits inquiries and leave processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting open enrollment activities. The role contributes by enabling smooth benefits operations and employee support. 3. Responsibilities:Assist employees with Qualified Life Events (QLEs), coverage, and new hire benefits questions.Facilitate employee leave requests with absence management vendors.Respond to inquiries from employees and vendors regarding leave.Update absence records in the HR system.Review payroll reports before submission to the Payroll Team.Support open enrollment communications, testing, and documentation updates. 4. Requirements:Experience with benefits and leave administration.Preferably has global benefits experience.Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits and Absence modules preferred.Knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, relevant leave laws, and QLE processing.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with strict adherence. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
