What You Will Do at VeSync
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee records (contracts, PTO, benefits, etc.) in our HRIS.
- Care for onboarding & offboarding logistics, including background checks, equipment setup, orientation for new hires, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Aid recruitment efforts by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to enhance the "Candidate Experience."
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and posters.
- Help organize team-building events, holiday parties, and employee recognition programs to support our office culture.
What You Bring to the Role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role within a company of 80+ employees.
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in Mandarin.
- Tech: Must have at least 1 year of experience working with ADP Workforce now.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion: A high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information.
