Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Handle eligibility changes, enrollments, and COBRA administration end to end
- Process enrollment and COBRA documentation and confirm accurate coverage
- Maintain and update benefits administration systems (EASE/Navigator or similar)
- Support open enrollments, renewals, and client implementations
- Afford assistance with carrier communications, audits, and compliance documentation
- Prepare and support Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs)
- Collaborate closely with internal team members and communicate proactively
Qualifications
- 1+ year of group health, employee benefits, or related experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Minnesota Accident, Life & Health Insurance License required
- Must already have or be willing to obtain within 30 days
- Working knowledge or ability to quickly learn ERISA, COBRA, and ACAS
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and functions
- Experience with EASE/Navigator or similar benefits systems preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
