Bench Technician - Gaming Repair Technician

As a Bench Technician you are always on the move, troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of Electronic Gaming Devices down to the component level. Keeping our machines in tip-top shape is your main goal, and a key component of providing our guests with their favorite games for the best entertainment experience. Responsibilities

• Repair all Electronic Gaming Device electronics down to the component level.
• Repair, maintain, and monitor the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices.
• Repair and maintain the operation of slot machines, signs, and video displays on the casino floor.
• Maintain slot related equipment in the slot shop.
• Maintain slot related equipment in the slot storage area.
• Participate in installation, movement, and removal of slot related equipment.
• Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state or internal regulations.
• Aid with slot technical service calls as needed.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
• Knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oasis as well as any test equipment-specific software and applications.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two-year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electronics maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.

Skills

• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.
