About the role
As an Arcade Technician, you will work with the Arcade Manager to ensure that the arcade and games are maintained to the highest standards. You will provide mechanical and electrical maintenance to video games and equipment, clean and run diagnostics on the equipment, and deliver professional and courteous service to all guests while maintaining compliance with company protocols, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous mechanical and electrical experience
- Basic knowledge of Low Voltage DC
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic computer functions
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 250 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, or kneel
Responsibilities
- Repair and replace parts on machinery
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Adhere to regular maintenance and cleaning schedules
- Report major issues, parts on order, and other updates to the General Manager, Arcade Manager, and Regional Game Mechanic
