Gaming Technician

About the role

The Gaming Technician at The Rose Gaming Resort plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of gaming equipment. This position requires a deep understanding of electronic components and a commitment to customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain gaming related equipment on the Gaming floor and shop.
• Participate in installation, movement, and removal of gaming related equipment.
• Maintain proper gaming logs to comply with state or internal regulations.
• Aid operations team in resolving minor tilt issues such as paper fills and answering service lights.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A two-year Electronic Degree or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance preferred but not required.
• Valid Racing License.
• Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
• Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department.
• Knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.
