Bellwether Women's Mentorship Program 2026-2027

Bellwether is excited to announce its fourth year of the Bellwether Women’s Mentorship Program for undergraduate women at local universities who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate.

Undergrads can apply via the Bellwether website to be paired with women at the Los Angeles and Dallas offices based on their interests, experience, and goals. Mentees will receive advice on internships, recruiting, and career guidance as they break into commercial real estate through monthly meetings and networking events.

Deadline to apply is September 25th, 2026. The program is open to undergraduate women in Los Angeles and Dallas. If you are not local to one of these locations and are interested in participating remotely, apply to the Los Angeles location.
