Bellwether Women's Mentorship Program 2026-2027
Bellwether is excited to announce its fourth year of the Bellwether Women’s Mentorship Program for undergraduate women at local universities who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate.
About the Program
The application portal is available on the Bellwether website where undergrads can apply to be paired with women at the Los Angeles and Dallas offices based on their interests, experience, and goals. Mentees will utilize the mentors for advice on internships and recruiting as well as career guidance as they break into commercial real estate (CRE) through monthly meetings and networking events.
Eligibility
- Open to undergraduate women in Los Angeles and Dallas.
- If you are not local to one of these locations and are interested in participating remotely, apply to the Los Angeles location.

Deadline to apply is September 25th, 2026.
