Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms.
• Open and assist with guests entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests about property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local attractions.
• Transport guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assist Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
