Bell Attendant

About the role

The Bell Attendants are the ambassadors of Mauna Lani, leaving the first and last impressions upon our guests during their stay. Their primary role is to open doors, carry and deliver/retrieve luggage from guest rooms, park cars, give directions and transport guests.

Responsibilities

• Open and close doors for guests
• Carry and deliver/retrieve luggage from guest rooms
• Park cars and transport guests
• Give directions to guests

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• A clean driver's abstract and valid driver's license is required for this position.
