Bellstand Attendant

Typical Day

• Greets and escorts guests to their rooms.
• Opens doors and assists guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Aids in luggage storage and retrieval.
• Aids in amenity deliveries when requested.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Perform tasks such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

• Hourly Rate: $20.65
• Hourly Wage: $20.65 + tips
• Job Status: Casual (0-19 hours per week)
