About the role
As a Ranch Hand, you will serve as a hospitality ambassador, creating warm and memorable first and last impressions for guests. This role involves more than transporting luggage—it’s about setting the tone for an exceptional stay through attentive service and seamless coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from their rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide a welcoming greeting upon guest arrival, offering assistance and creating a positive first impression.
- Arrange transportation services (e.g., taxis or shuttles) and share information about local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Receive, deliver, and securely handle guest packages, mail, and other items.
- Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, coordinating requests and ensuring service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
Pay
The starting pay range for this position is $18.90 per hour. Individual salaries will be determined based on experience and education.
