Houseperson

About the role

Hilton Milwaukee, the city’s largest hotel and a historic gem, has just completed a $40 million renovation that modernized guest rooms, event spaces, and the grand lobby. As a Houseperson on the housekeeping team, you will clean, maintain, and supply materials to assigned areas of the hotel, contributing to the exceptional guest experience the brand is known for.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas.
• Pick up and deliver supplies and other items upon request.
• Remove all trash and linen from room attendant carts throughout the day.
• Stock all linen closets with proper inventory.
• Assist with team projects and perform additional assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work a varied schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional, well‑groomed, and courteous representation of the company.
• Basic English communication preferred.
• Physical stamina for repetitive manual labor tasks.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lb.

Pay

$18.06 per hour (full‑time, hourly, union position).
