About the role
Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites you to join the PM Bellperson team at the Remi Hotel, a new build Autograph Collection property located in downtown Scottsdale's Entertainment District. The Remi Hotel offers a unique blend of classic western elements and modern design, featuring five food and beverage outlets that reflect various styles and atmospheres.
Responsibilities
- Aid guests with luggage transportation and provide excellent customer service.
- Explain hotel facilities, including their locations and operating hours, to guests.
- Maintain the front of the hotel and lobby area for cleanliness, including trash removal, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
- Deliver messages, packages, and mail to guests as needed.
- Ensure smooth traffic flow in the hotel and lobby area.
- Follow safety measures and ensure guest and staff safety.
- Be available to work regularly.
Requirements
- One year of hotel bellperson experience preferred.
- Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Skills
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
