What will you be doing?

• Warmly greet guests and stay calm and attentive during busy periods or emergencies
• Assist with luggage, retrieving and transporting items to guest rooms via bell cart
• Match luggage tags, issue claim tickets, and manage luggage storage as needed
• Direct guests to hotel areas and provide helpful guidance
• Listen to guest inquiries, offer accurate information, and assist as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned

What do you bring to the role?

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• 6+ months previous work experience in a guest service position required, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Overall knowledge of proper guest service, standards and code of conduct
• Outgoing and friendly personality with a general knowledge of computer and radio functions as well as ability to find a need and take care of an issue
• Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure
• Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks
