Essential Job Functions

• Show guests to room, assist with luggage, explain hotel facilities, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for guests, maintain designated station in the lobby, and greet guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bellstand, lobby, and baggage room; clean doors and windows when not busy.
• Post daily events and entertainment boards, maintain communication line, deliver messages, and perform valet duties.
• Perform pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport, inspect vehicles, and assist front desk with key inventory twice weekly.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
