The Starwood Front Offices are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team. They are the first to meet our guests and provide them with impeccable service.
Responsibilities
- Talk to just about anyone with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Provide guests with outstanding service.
- Ensure the needs of guests and partners are prioritized.
- Be knowledgeable about the property's history to share with guests.
Requirements
- Passionate about guest service.
- Enjoy physical work.
- Have previous similar work experience.
- Have previous customer or guest service experience.
- Be a team player.
- Be a hard worker.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Be flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
