Join Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a Bellperson at the spectacular Remi Hotel, a new build Autograph Collection property. Nestled in the heart of downtown Scottsdale's Entertainment District, this 161-room hotel blends classic western elements with bold, modern motifs, redefining the desert aesthetic. The hotel features five food and beverage outlets, ranging from a 1940’s inspired café to a Miami-style rooftop pool deck and bar inspired by the orange groves of Morocco.

The Remi Hotel is part of a vibrant tapestry of live, work, and play, where the city's elite and young professionals converge in a symphony of luxury and excitement. Weekends transform the Entertainment District into an electrifying party scene. Adjacent to the hotel is the renowned Maya Day + Nightclub, offering Vegas-style poolside parties by day and a world-class nightclub by night.

Responsibilities

• Assist all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms while providing excellent brand-standard customer service.
• Explain hotel facilities, locations, hours of operation, fire exits, and safety features to arriving guests.
• Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.
• Maintain cleanliness in the front of the hotel and lobby area, including trash removal, mopping spills, sweeping, and emptying trash cans as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and mail to guests.
• Maintain traffic flow in the front of the hotel at all times.
• Ensure safety measures are followed in the area.
• Available to work on a regular basis.

Requirements

• One year of hotel bellperson experience preferred.
• Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
