Bellperson Part-time

About the role

This is a weekend position requiring Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability. Join our Guest Services team as a Bellperson and become one of the welcoming faces that sets the tone for an exceptional experience at Palm Beach Shores Resort.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery
• Escort guests to rooms and provide an overview of resort amenities and services
• Deliver packages, amenities, and special requests promptly
• Offer helpful information about dining, activities, and local attractions
• Work closely with Front Desk, Valet, Housekeeping, and Concierge to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and bell area

Requirements

• A friendly, service-oriented personality with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport luggage (up to 75 lbs) and remain active throughout the shift
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
