About the role
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, near the French Quarter and close to major attractions such as Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and the Arts & Warehouse District. We offer 504 rooms, 60,000 square feet of meeting space, and five food and beverage outlets, including two restaurants, a café, a seasonal rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
- Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Aid with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
- Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.

Pay
- Medical/Dental coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
- 401(k) eligibility begins after 90 days of employment; new hires are auto-enrolled.
