Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
- Retrive, transport, and properly store guest luggage according to hotel guidelines.
- Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with room features and amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Keep management and leadership informed of any relevant guest feedback or operational issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of messages, faxes, and other communications throughout the day.
- Aid with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and main lobby/front door coverage as needed.
- Safely operate property-designated vehicles for guest transport, including to local airports when required.
- Maintain the appearance, functionality, and upkeep of bell equipment and storage areas.

What You'll Do During a Typical Day
- Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
- Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Aid with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
- Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
