Bellperson
Responsibilities
- Aid guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests.
- Escort guests to their accommodations, inspect rooms, and address their needs promptly.
- Organize and secure guest luggage in designated areas.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and city events.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming presence in guest reception areas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Show strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Show attention to detail and organizational skills to manage guest belongings.
- Be flexible to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Show a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
