Essential Job Functions

• Aid all guests with luggage, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms as requested while providing excellent brand standard customer service.
• Explain all hotel facilities to arriving guests, their locations in the hotel and hours of operation, to include fire exits and safety features of the hotel.
• Remain in the front of the hotel and lobby area when on duty and not assisting a guest.
• Maintain the front of the hotel and the lobby area for cleanliness, such as trash removal, mopping up spills, sweeping up trash, emptying trash cans, as needed.
• Deliver messages and packages and mail to guests as needed.
• Ensure safety measures are followed for the area.

Required Skills/Abilities

• One year hotel bellperson experience preferred.
• Mariariott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.
