The Hotel Hershey is a luxury resort known for its refined elegance, signature services, and abundant amenities. This part-time position is responsible for providing guests with exceptional hospitality and service, embodying the warmth and gracious atmosphere of The Hotel Hershey.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure*
- Provide guests with valet parking and safe transport*
- Receive room key and passport from the front desk and escort guests to assigned rooms*
- Secure guest luggage in check-in rooms*
- Learn room types, floor plans, and guest amenities
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally to promote hotel services and facilities*
- Inspect rooms for items left behind
- Deliver requested items to guest rooms
- Attend position-related meetings
- Secure guest coats at coat check locations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid PA driver’s license and verified good driving record
- Post-employment: RAMP Certification
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-oriented personality
- Previous work experience is helpful
- Must meet appearance standards and maintain hospitality standards
- Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all safety and security procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for the majority of the shift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
Schedule
This is a seasonal, part-time position available for the summer beginning April/May. The working schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. This is a union position, and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be available for evening and weekend hours.
