Bell Staff, Grouse Mountain Lodge

This is a full-time, year-round opportunity at Grouse Mountain Lodge beginning July 2026. Staff accommodation is not available; candidates are required to secure their own accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage as needed.
• Provide information about lodge services, amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and public areas.
• Assist guests and team members as needed.
• Provide concierge-style support and answer guest inquiries.
• Support daily operations by completing a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous guest service or bell/porter experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to guest service, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ lbs., including on stairs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
