Responsibilities

• Represent The Salvation Army at the Red Kettle Stand and ring the bell at assigned locations as scheduled.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 to 4 years, with no major violations, OWI/DUI convictions, or excessive moving violations.
• Must be insurable under The Salvation Army's vehicle insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills when interacting with donors and the public.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods, ringing a bell, lifting kettles and related equipment, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be punctual and maintain a dependable attendance record.
• Must be willing to support and represent The Salvation Army's mission and values.

Pay

• Up to $14.00/hour, up to 40 hours a week as a temporary position.

Schedule

• Seasonal position with a varying workweek expectation of up to 40 hours per week.
