Bell Attendant/Driver

About the Role

To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests with the Chateaux. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image. This role requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests sincerely.
• Be fully aware of daily hotel functions and knowledgeable of surrounding area attractions and points of interest.
• Assist guests at check-in and checkout, including tagging, storing, and distributing baggage.
• Orient guests to the Chateaux and its facilities, including showing rooms and property to visitors.
• Deliver items such as messages, packages, and flowers to guest rooms as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area.
• Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all guests and employees.
• Take all necessary measures to assist guests and fellow employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Enthusiastic willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history.
