Bell Person - Bell Services
Job Description
The Bell Person position is responsible for performing the duties of both the hotel door and hotel bell positions.
- Greets arriving and departing guests
- Affords assistance with transporting baggage and personal belongings
- Affords assistance with obtaining transportation for Guests when requested
Qualifications
- High School, GED, or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year of hotel bell/door experience desired
- Must have the ability to use good judgment in stressful situations
- Must have a willingness to learn all Table Games offered at the Casino
- Must be able to promote an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times
- Must possess exceptional Guest service skills
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Must be able to work standing/walking for long periods of time and in various weather conditions
- Must be able to provide clear and concise directions and information to hotel guests
Work Environment
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell
- Frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- On the Casino Floor, you may be exposed to casino-related hazards
