Bell Attendant (Full Time)

About the role

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office & Valet to ensure guests and their luggage are escorted to and from their rooms.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to and from their room.
• Transport guest luggage and personal items to and from their rooms efficiently.
• Carefully lift luggage from bell cart into room and vehicles.
• Drop room amenities.
• Assist with guest requests.
• Conduct oneself professionally keeping the Hyatt Values and Forbes standards in mind.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and twist with a moderate weight (about 50 pounds and more).
• Ability to lean, crunch, twist, crouch, bend.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00/hr.
