About the role

We are looking for a new administrator for our private Facebook group. The current management team already includes surrogate mothers, so we are specifically seeking an intended parent or parent after surrogacy to maintain balance.

This is an unpaid volunteer position.

Responsibilities

• Admit new members according to our group rules
• Approve or reject posts based on established guidelines
• Monitor whether members adhere to the rules
• Consult with other administrators via a WhatsApp group
• Contribute ideas about the group and how we manage it
• Remain calm and act neutrally on behalf of the administrators in rare crisis situations

Time commitment

Approximately half an hour per week, spread over short moments.

Requirements

• An intended parent or parent after surrogacy
• Someone who communicates carefully and calmly
• Someone who can maintain boundaries without being harsh

You will work with a small team of administrators. One of them is leaving soon, so you will step into an existing role.
