Behavioral Support Provider

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children with Autism to improve social and communication skills, and address restrictive behaviors
  • Document progress and milestones of the child
  • Implement behavior change plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years old
  • Completion of coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, or human development, or at least one year of experience working with children in related roles such as child development, camp counselor, paraprofessional, behavioral interventionist, ABA therapist, or behavior technician

Key Duties

Assist children in social and communication development, follow behavior plans, and document progress. The role requires a compassionate approach and adherence to behavioral strategies.
