Behavior Support Provider

About the role

Cadence Care Network is seeking a Behavior Support Provider (BSP) to join our foster care team. This position provides mental health services to clients and caregivers in the home or community using therapeutic approaches outlined in the client's individualized service plan. The BSP delivers mental health interventions that address symptoms, behaviors, and emotional well-being to help individuals overcome barriers to independence in personal, educational, and occupational environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to clients and caregivers in home or community settings.
• Implement therapeutic approaches as determined in the client's individualized service plan.
• Address symptoms, behaviors, and emotional well-being through mental health interventions.
• Assist individuals in eliminating barriers to independence in personal, educational, and occupational environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a closely related field preferred.
• Experience in mental health and working with youth and families.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to use your car for work, or access to reliable transportation.
