About the role

Join our dynamic healthcare team in Tacoma, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of general neurology disorders, making a significant impact on their lives and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.
  • Work closely with our team of Neuroscience physicians in a collaborative practice model to provide excellent patient centered care.
  • This is an outpatient only practice with a 4 or 4.5 day workweek depending on preference. There is no overnight, weekend or holiday call.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
  • Behavioral Neurology fellowship training required
  • Active or eligible license in the state of Washington
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
