Behavioral Health Technician (Part-Time)

About the role

The primary focus is to provide support in a behavioral health setting, assisting clients with their daily needs and ensuring their safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and meal preparation
• Monitor clients' behavior and report any concerning incidents to supervisors
• Ensure clients are comfortable and safe in their living environment
• Document client interactions and activities for record-keeping purposes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Arizona driver's license
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Patience and empathy
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving clients

Skills

• Basic computer literacy
• First aid/CPR certification
