Behavioral Health Specialist

Role: Behavioral Health Specialist Responsibilities Provide integrated mental health services for adults on Medicare in underserved communities. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with primary care providers, care managers, and social workers to support holistic, preventative care. Qualifications & Skills Strong experience in mental health and therapy delivery. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred. Ability to work in a patient-centered, inclusive, and team-based environment. Commitment to professional growth and positive community impact.
