Description Behavior Health Specialist I (Bachelor’s Level) About The Role Clarvida is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist I to work with adults age 18 and older who have been discharged from higher levels of care, such as adult family homes or assisted living facilities, and require additional behavioral support to maintain successful placement. In this role, you will partner with clients and their support systems to promote stability, independence, and progress toward individualized goals. You will create Safety and Crisis Plans and Individual Behavior Support Plans, meet weekly with clients, and collaborate closely with family members and residential staff. This position includes participation in an after-hours phone crisis rotation approximately one week every three months.
