Behavioral Health Specialist

Role: Behavioral Health Specialist, focusing on integrated mental health services for adults on Medicare in underserved communities. Key Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs.Develop and implement person-centered, evidence-based treatment plans.Provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on mental health support.Collaborate with primary care providers, care managers, and social workers to ensure comprehensive, whole-person care.Support preventative care initiatives through interdisciplinary teamwork. Qualifications & Skills Experience in mental health treatment, preferably with adult populations.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred.Commitment to patient-centered, inclusive, and team-based care environments.Ability to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
