About the role

We are hiring for a Behavioral Health Residential Home Manager at RHA Health Services. This role is regular and requires a positive and personable individual with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administrative coordination of the residential facility
  • Implement and maintain formal company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and facilitate the timely and quality completion of daily notes and documentation
  • Provide and update assessments and progress reports in team meetings
  • Ensure completion of restrictive procedure plans, client incident reports, and maintain the accuracy of client charts
  • Perform crisis intervention and management techniques
  • Maintain and implement regulatory standards, policies, and procedures as required by DHS
  • Accurately and timely communicate all pertinent information to the Program Manager
  • Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner
  • Participate in staff meetings and other meetings pertaining to the position
  • Account for all house money, including monthly inventory, food orders, and purchases
  • Develop and co-facilitate therapeutic groups such as activities
  • Complete and pick up purchases for the facility
  • Other assigned duties

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Human Service field
  • At least 2 years working in a residential setting
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

Pay

$19.00 - $20.00
