Behavioral Health Operations Analyst

About the role

The Behavioral Health Front End Operations Analyst is responsible for training and onboarding new registration staff, supporting daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks, and ensuring compliance through site reviews of ROI and admission paperwork. They design and implement new front-end processes, monitor registration and insurance accuracy, and provide feedback and education to staff on performance issues. Responsibilities

• Track client cases requiring authorization and notify clinical staff for reviews
• Offer financial counseling
• Support front office functions both on-site and remotely
• Conduct site reviews for quality and regulatory adherence
• Support front office operations

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Substance Abuse or Mental Health settings
• 3‑5 years of registration or patient interview experience
• Preferably supervisory responsibilities

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

Compensation ranges from $20.20 to $29.30 hourly based on experience and location.
