Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Behavioral Health Nurse to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Union Office. Pay
Pay Rate: $34-$40/hr. depending on experience
Schedule
Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Working with patients in our behavioral health program
- Documentation and referral review and patient outreach
- Receiving orders from Providers and enrolling patients in REMS
- Obtaining insurance authorizations for Spravato treatment
- Maintaining treatment and inventory control logs
- Patient monitoring and assessment during Spravato treatment
- Performing tasks as needed by prescribing provider and associated practitioners
- Provide patient education regarding Spravato treatment protocols and aftercare
- Meticulous and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with treatment planning and patient support
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned to support behavioral health programs
Requirements
- Maintain Licensure Or Certification: Active NJ LPN or RN license
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required
- Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience; psychiatry or behavioral health preferred
- Keen clinical observation, judgment and action
- Spravato/ketamine administration experience a plus
- Highly proficient with EMRs; working knowledge of Athena EMR a plus
- Excellent documentation skills required
- Ability to connect with patients
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
