Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
We need to ensure we didn't repeat schedule twice; we have schedule in requirements and schedule section. That's okay but maybe we should avoid duplication. The requirement includes schedule; we could keep schedule only in Schedule section and not repeat in Requirements. However the requirement includes "Able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm". If we remove it from Requirements, we lose that info. But we could keep it in Requirements as a requirement and also have Schedule section; duplication is okay? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but might be considered redundant. Better to keep it only once. Let's move schedule info to Schedule section and remove from Requirements. Then Requirements will not include schedule. Thus Requirements list: Master's degree, 1 year experience, experience/training preferred, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle. We also have mileage reimbursement under Benefits. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. We removed. Check for any leftover like "Click here to watch a video about Merakey." That's from About Merakey section; we didn't include About Merakey because we didn't have a heading for that; but we could include About the company maybe under About the role? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). About Merakey is not listed; we could omit it as it's not required. The posting includes "About Merakey" but we are not required to include a section for it unless we have a matching heading. Since we don't have a heading for About Merakey, we should omit that content? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit About Merakey, we lose substantive info. However we could incorporate that info into About the role section? The About the role heading is for role description; we could add a paragraph about Merakey there. But the instruction says "About the role" heading is for section headings e.g. About the role. It doesn't forbid adding extra info there. We could merge About Merakey into About the role section. However the role description already includes role info; we could add a sentence about Merakey after that. That would preserve the info. Thus About the role section: include role description plus a brief about Merakey: "Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. More than 8,000 employees provide support to nearly 40,000 individuals and families throughout 12 states across the country each year." Also maybe mention zero-tolerance policy etc? That's EEO/boilerplate; we should remove zero-tolerance policy and EEO statements as they are boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should exclude EEO statements, zero-tolerance policy, etc. So we keep only the descriptive non-boilerplate about Merakey: non-profit provider, employees, individuals served, states. That's substantive. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: role description and company overview. Now check for any other substantive info: "Mileage reimbursement is provided." Already in Benefits. Now ensure we didn't include any duplicated lines. Now produce HTML. Make sure to use proper escaping for apostrophes? Not needed. We'll output:About the role
