About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive outpatient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and coordinate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and obtain patient histories
- Administer treatments and medications
- Educate patients and document care
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Follow established protocols and ensure patient confidentiality
- Promote quality assurance
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license
- BLS/ACLS certification
- At least one year of clinical experience
Qualifications
Preferred candidates hold a BSN.
