About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive outpatient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and coordinate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality ambulatory care.
Responsibilities
- Perform general nursing duties, obtain patient histories, vital signs, and assess health conditions.
- Execute prescribed treatments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and families on health management and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and quality assurance activities to improve patient outcomes.
- Follow established protocols, prioritize care, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license.
- Current BLS or ACLS certification.
- Minimum one year of clinic or hospital nursing experience.
Skills
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
- Ability to operate medical equipment, perform patient transfers, and work in dynamic environments.
- Effective verbal communication, manual dexterity, and physical ability to assist with patient mobility and handling supplies.
- Commitment to professionalism, positive attitude, and adherence to healthcare standards.
