About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive outpatient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient treatment. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and coordinate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing duties, obtain patient histories, vital signs, and assess health conditions.
• Execute prescribed treatments, administer medications, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on health management and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and quality assurance activities to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow established protocols, prioritize care, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid RN license.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification.
• Minimum one year of clinic or hospital nursing experience.

Skills

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
• Ability to operate medical equipment, perform patient transfers, and work in dynamic environments.
• Effective verbal communication, manual dexterity, and physical ability to assist with patient mobility and handling supplies.
