About the role

We are hiring a Behavioral Health Crisis Team Leader at RHA Health Services. This role ensures timely crisis intervention, stabilization, and linkage to ongoing care while maintaining compliance with regulatory, clinical, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary crisis response team serving individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
  • Directly supervises and guides staff, ensuring high-quality crisis intervention, assessment, stabilization, and linkage to appropriate services.
  • Maintains crisis service coverage and promotes a safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to care.
  • Makes sure service delivery is of high quality, reviews documentation, and ensures compliance with state, Medicaid, and organizational requirements.
  • Coordinates with internal programs and community partners (like hospitals, law enforcement, and managed care organizations), supports staff development and training, and participates in quality assurance and program improvement processes.

Requirements

  • Holds a master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Maintains full active licensure (LCMHC or LCSW).
  • Has experience in crisis intervention and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

  • Pre-employment screening: Criminal background check, OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
  • Drug testing.
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required).
  • Driving requirement: Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.

Pay

The pay for this role is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role is Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm.
