Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive outpatient care, utilizing nursing processes, evidence-based practices, and technology to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities include obtaining patient histories, vital signs, administering treatments and medications, and monitoring patient responses. The RN educates patients and families on health management, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and ensures documentation accuracy. Qualified candidates must have a nursing degree from an accredited school, a valid RN license, and BLS or ACLS certification. Preferred Qualifications Include a Bachelor Of Science In Nursing. Essential skills encompass effective communication, sound judgment in emergencies, critical thinking, and professionalism. The role demands manual dexterity, physical mobility for patient and equipment handling, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
