About the role

Full-time behavioral-health counselor position offering both in-clinic and virtual care. Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break; no evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to in-clinic and virtual patients dealing with mental health issues.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LAC or LMSW in Arizona.
• 0–2 years of experience.
