About the role

Recovia, LLC is seeking a Virtual Behavioral Health Counselor (LMSW or LAC) for its Virtual Therapy Program. This position is based at Recovia’s Virtual Clinic at I-17 and Northern in Phoenix, Arizona, and operates on-site five days a week.

Recovia is a privately owned, innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to virtual patients dealing with mental health issues.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LMSW or LAC in Arizona.
• 0–2 years of experience.

Schedule
